A week ago, we lost the ultimate warrior.
Our Brad the Brave crossed the multiverse to join Captain Green, Our Jules on his chariot—surely riding till dawn, plumes of dagga smoke trailing behind them.

Brad, along with Jo, Nick, Sam & Simon, has travelled an extraordinary journey over the past two years—one marked by resilience and strength.  Though this part of the journey has come to an end, we find comfort in the impermanence of it all, and in the memory of legends gone far too soon. We carry on with you all by our sides.

Brad has been a part of our FGA family for many years. The Pirate Viking—no ask was ever too big, always met with a smile. If you had the honour and joy of crossing his path, you’ll know the kind of human Brad was. From checking perimeters when we didn’t feel safe, to filling the room with laughter and his kind outlook on life, to rolling the finest spliffs around—or whipping out his MacGyver knife any chance he got, even risking his life to save another on a highway—Brad showed up fully, fiercely, and selflessly.

To quote Shaun, the father of the life he saved:

“The world can be a cruel place, and its certainly not a fair place when people like Brad are taken so soon, but Joanne you can forever be proud of your son Brad. The world IS a better place because you were here!”

B-Rad. Brad the Brave. Sir Viking Pirate.
Grower of the most epic sideburns.

It’s been an honour.

We promise to look after Mom & The dudes, always!
