This is a timeline of Fields of Green for ALL and The Dagga Couple’s journey through the courts since the DC’s arrest in 2010. Our progress has been slow but steady since the DC were granted a “Stay in Prosecution” in 2011. The end is in sight despite us being in limbo with both The Trial of the Plant and changes to the law. Myrtle remains the main plaintiff in The Trail of the Plant but she is not alone as Fields of Green for ALL achieved over 100 stays in prosecution through our “Join the Queue” project which ran from 2013 to 2018.
