Amsterdam based drug reform think tank The Transnational Institute has produced an excellent document outlining the beginnings of cannabis prohibition by the United Nations. This document ends with a look at the chinks in the armour of prohibition in the US and Europe and proposes some policies for future worldwide cannabis reform.
