Random drug testing has become commonplace in schools and the workplace. It is a gross violation of your sovereignty and human rights. Trouble is, by refusing to participate, you’re deemed guilty as charged because you’ve got something to hide. It’s a sticky situation and one that is playing out in courtrooms worldwide with both parents and teachers challenging the constitutionality of such tests.
School testing is particularly underhand. Why are schools doing a parents job?. How come some parents have to resort to urine tests?. Is there so little trust between them and their offspring?
This 2005 document from the United States discusses your rights and the fact that in the big picture, drug testing doesn’t made any difference to human behaviour (and this was already known in 2005, yet the tests go on…). It is extremely good business for some though. Mostly anti drug lobbyists with interests in testing companies….
