The first ever constitutional challenge to the SA Dagga laws drew to a close. Ras. Gareth Prince, lost his case by the narrowest of margins 6/5. His challenge to practice Law and use Dagga as his sacrament was turned down and he was unable to carry on practicing as a lawyer.
