By |2022-03-04T17:41:31+02:00March 4th, 2022|

To answer the question with a question: “How many Dagga plants do you need?” It’s a valid question. How much do you actually need? What is enough? How many grams do you smoke a day x 365 days x the number people in your household…… It’s lots.

Why do the police still arrest people for Dagga?

By |2022-01-28T22:24:10+02:00October 5th, 2021|

While there is no law to regulate Dagga, and never a reason to arrest someone with the plant, the police are still abusing their authority and the grey areas surrounding Cannabis laws in South Africa by continuing to target Dagga users and growers. Focus has shifted towards craft

Where can I get hold of Cannabis oil for serious illness?

By |2021-10-05T12:14:27+02:00October 5th, 2021|

All uses of Cannabis are illegal and we cannot answer this question due to the sensitive nature of our organisation. The law does not see dagga as a medicine yet. Can I give or receive Dagga as a gift?

By |2021-10-05T12:01:03+02:00October 5th, 2021|

Gifting is another grey area left by the September 2018 privacy judgment. Is a gift not for personal use

If a small percentage of people may develop a habit of using Cannabis for recreational use, could that have a significant impact on the health care system in the country – would it be a burden to the health care, financially and resource-wise?

By |2021-10-05T11:47:55+02:00October 5th, 2021|

If that were the case, then where are all these problematic Cannabis users, either teens or adult? There are millions and miIlions of Dagga users in SA.
