All uses of Cannabis are illegal and we cannot answer this question due to the sensitive nature of our organisation.

The law does not see dagga as a medicine yet. Anybody can make medicine from dagga, but
the police still pull out any plants they find and arrests anybody they
find with equipment to produce the medicine (which the police and media love calling ‘hydroponic dagga labs’  in their ignorance), regardless of our privacy laws and rights.

We have a long way to go before somebody that wants to use cannabis medicine can get easy, safe and affordable access to that medicine. At the moment you need to most likely break the law unless you can grow and produce your own medicine without getting caught by the police. It’s a bad situation and we are fighting to change that.
