Doctors for Life, our adversaries in The Trail of the Plant become amicus curiae in the state’s appeal of the judgement handed down in the Western Cape High Court in March 2017. There are only so many objections to the legalisation of Cannabis in SA and, together with the court record from Pretoria in August, their arguments are summed up in their submissions to the highest court in the land.
