I would like to please know how likely you think the chance is cannabis will be relegalised or be allowed to be used for medicinal use? When will we find this out? Is it next month? What will the procedures be to open a dispensary or grow plants for medicinal use? If the bill is passed, how soon after that would it be legal to work in the industry?
