If you need to re-activate your existing membership due to a failed payment/ new card details – please follow these instructions:

  1. Login
  2. Visit this link – My orders
  3. Once there, you can see all of your past orders and the most recent failed one will have an option to pay
  4. Click through to the checkout process and to Payfast
  5. Enter new/ existing card details
  6. OTP
  7. Complete :)
