There has been some level of misunderstanding about the state of the Netherlands cannabis policy. When the ‘Wietpas’ was rolled out in 2013  some people thought it was the death knell for Holland’s liberal cannabis laws. This was not the case. Most of the ideological changes to the laws that the coalition government changed at the time have been reversed as a failure.
